The Landmark at Eastview is one of the largest privately owned, multi-tenant science parks in New York State. It is owned by BMR-Landmark at Eastview LLC, and managed by BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. The research park, which is the former Butler Estate, is located in central Westchester County near the Hudson River on 116 beautifully landscaped acres in the Saw Mill River Valley.

There are five major buildings, and a number of smaller ones. The buildings, which are known for their natural settings and distinctive architecture, contain over 751,000 rentable square feet of sophisticated research and development facilities and high-tech office space with gracious amenities. Currently, a wide range of tenants inhabit the facilities. 

Fall 2006 saw the beginning of the construction to add three new, related, three-story buildings to the existing property.  The new life science complex includes extensive site planning improvements and 360,000 square feet of research space.  Linked by a series of bridges, the new buildings are designed to be stand-alone and to support multiple tenants.  The exterior design of the new research buildings engages the rolling plains of the surrounding landscape, defines a new courtyard, and compliments the modern and minimalist aesthetic of the existing 116 acre campus.
